During my stay, there were several disturbances that made it hard to enjoy my time. I was especially troubled by the barking dogs outside our window at night, which persisted until early morning. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room was unreliable, causing discomfort on a couple of hot evenings. I also found it frustrating that communication with the staff was lacking, as my emails prior to arrival went unanswered for assistance with my stay.

The staff, although they had limited English, were friendly and eager to assist when I arrived. The lobby had a delightful aroma from fresh Casablanca flowers, making for a pleasant first impression. However, there were some drawbacks. Noises from barking dogs at night were quite disruptive, especially around 3 am. I also faced issues with the air conditioning in my room. it didn't work on the first night, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Getting instructions on how to use the safe was also challenging initially.

The hotel's location was fantastic, with easy access to restaurants and a shopping plaza. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the fresh flowers in the lobby, which added a lovely touch.

The location was pretty convenient, but what really impressed us was the breakfast at the restaurant. The chilaquiles were authentic, simply the best I’ve had in a while.
